Daylight Savings Time got you groggy? Join Rebecca Palen and Caitlin Brown for an afternoon of resetting the clock after Daylight Savings Time. Learn practical sleep hygiene tips, how yoga, mindfulness and nutrition can help you sleep better, and end with a rejuvenating yoga nidra session! Yoga nidra translates as yogic sleep and is a practice of body awareness. Participants will be guided to rotate their focus to different areas of their body, bringing non-judgmental awareness to how their body feels. This practice allows for deepening insight, self-inquiry, connection to the body, and can be a great pre-bedtime ritual.
