Yoga for Emotional Wellness @ i3 Wellness


This class focuses on yoga’s approach to emotional balance and various aspects of emotional regulation. Caitlin Brown, social worker and yoga instructor, will guide participants through both flowing and longer-held restorative asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditations to help participants find and maintain emotional balance. Asana is but one element of this well-rounded class that focuses on mind, body, and spirit. Beginner friendly and appropriate for all levels. Some extra yoga mats available, but bring a mat if you have one.
