Yoga and Ayurveda for burnout Course
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or burnt out? In this course, you will learn carefully curated yoga techniques (movement, breathwork, mantra & meditation) and concepts from Ayurveda to help you feel nurtured, refreshed & energized. We will explore how burnout can manifest, what Ayurveda and yoga philosophy can teach us about burnout and how to prevent it, burnout prevention and recovery beyond yoga and Ayurveda (burnout is systemic and solutions must be multi-level), and practice various techniques to transform burnout into vitality and connection.
The course includes both live online (via Zoom) and asynchronous materials such as yoga practices, assessment tools, handouts, and worksheets. It will include group connection via the Zoom sessions, a 1:1 session with Caitlin, and time to incorporate the materials on your own.
Content and Timeline:
Four live online group sessions via Zoom (will be recorded in case you miss them) in October 2024, November 2024, January 2025, February 2025 (one per month). These sessions are intentionally spread out so you have time to integrate everything we learn and don’t feel rushed.
One individual session with Caitlin in December 2024 (via Zoom) to tailor personalized techniques to fit your unique situation and to check in on the course midway.
Bimonthly emails sent before and after Zoom sessions with additional content such as yoga practices, assessment tools, handouts, and worksheets so you can continue the healing work between live sessions.
You will leave the course with simple tools that you can incorporate into your everyday life to help you prevent and recover from burnout.
