Ecopsycholgy Convergence: Rewilding Using Ecosomatics

  • Gateway Farm 10665 Joy Road Plymouth, MI, 48170 United States (map)

Join me at Gateway Farm in Plymouth for the third annual Ecopsychology Convergence!

My offering: Rewilding Using Ecosomatics & Yoga

Sunday, October 25th, time TBD

For 99% of human history, we were in tune with the rhythms of Nature, recognizing our interdependence and interbeing with the Living Earth. The way we lived, our rituals, our skills, helped us regulate our nervous system and live in harmony with the more than human world. In this Rewilding workshop, we will reconnect to the Land through our bodies in order to feel our interconnection and heal. Join yoga therapist Caitlin Brown to learn about and cultivate interbeing with the Living Earth, and the role that Yoga and Mindfulness can play in this interconnection. We will tune into the rhythms of Nature through gentle movement, discussion, meditation, and breathwork.

Details and tickets (Cost is only $20 for a whole day of amazing speakers plus farm fresh food!)
